Our Mission: Help People Reclaim Their Wellbeing
We believe that job stress and burnout are preventable. By providing evidence-based assessment tools and resources, we empower people to understand their stress, take action, and build healthier work lives.

JobStressCheck was founded on a simple observation: millions of people are experiencing job stress and burnout, but many do not have access to reliable, evidence-based tools to understand what they are experiencing or what to do about it.
We watched friends, family members, and colleagues struggle with burnout—experiencing exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced effectiveness at work. Many did not recognize what was happening until they were in crisis. Some quit jobs without understanding the underlying stress patterns. Others pushed through, damaging their health and relationships.
We realized that early recognition and understanding could change everything. If people could identify stress patterns early, understand their stress profile, and access actionable guidance, they could make informed decisions about their wellbeing before reaching crisis point.
That is why we created JobStressCheck. We wanted to build a tool that was evidence-based but accessible, comprehensive but quick, and genuinely focused on helping people rather than generating profit.
